Google's Pixel 10 Series: New Features and Leaks Ahead of August 20 Launch
Google will announce the Pixel 10 series at a "Made by Google" event in New York on August 20. The lineup is expected to include the Pixel 10, 10 Pro, 10 Pro XL, and 10 Pro Fold. Leaked images show a design similar to the Pixel 9 Pro, but with potential color variations including "Indigo," "Frost," "Limoncello," "Obsidian," "Porcelain," "Jade," and "Moonstone."
The base Pixel 10 will reportedly feature a triple rear camera system (including a telephoto lens for the first time), but with smaller main and ultrawide sensors compared to the Pixel 9. The Pro models will retain similar camera specifications to the Pixel 9 Pro. The Pixel 10 series may also include Qi2 wireless charging support and a new Tensor G5 chip manufactured by TSMC, promising improved performance. New AI features like "Speak-to-Tweak" and "Sketch-to-Image," along with a new virtual assistant called "Pixel Sense," are also anticipated.
The Pixel 10 series is expected to bring significant improvements in processing power and AI capabilities. The addition of new AI features and potential Qi2 support will enhance user experience. The launch will also reveal the impact of the new Tensor G5 chip and camera system updates.
