Yostin Mosquera, 35, was found guilty of the double murder of Albert Alfonso, 62, and Paul Longworth, 71, on July 8, 2024, in their London flat. The killings followed a complex relationship involving extreme sex, online pornography, and financial transactions between Alfonso and Mosquera. Alfonso and Longworth, who had previously been in a civil partnership, were described by police as having limited social circles and being deeply close to one another. Mosquera dismembered their bodies and attempted to dispose of them in Bristol.

The trial revealed that Alfonso had paid Mosquera for sexual videos and content online, starting around 2017. Mosquera, a Colombian national, posted videos under various pseudonyms on extreme pornography websites. While the exact nature of their relationship remains unclear, it involved significant financial transactions from Alfonso to Mosquera. Mosquera claimed he was repeatedly raped by Alfonso, although evidence indicated a transactional relationship. The murders shocked their community, leaving friends and neighbors expressing their disbelief and grief.

Mosquera will be sentenced in October 2024. The case highlights the dangers of online interactions and the complexities of relationships involving extreme pornography and financial exploitation.
