At least four people were killed and 116 wounded in an explosion in Maarat Misrin, Idlib province, northwestern Syria, according to Syria's Ministry of Health. The explosion occurred on Thursday. The Syria Civil Defence (White Helmets) reported a higher death toll of at least six, stating that their teams were still searching for those trapped under the rubble and that the death toll reflected only those already recovered.
